In the middle of Svanemølle Bay, the 130-meter-long swimming pier stretches out into the water, giving you the feeling of standing at the end of the world. From here, you can see Tuborg Harbor to the north, the iconic Svanemølle Power Plant to the south, and on a clear day, Sweden to the east.
Tuck your towel under your arm and jump into the water from the sandy beach, where you can forget all about seaweed between your toes—here, the sand stretches as far as the eye can see. The water is shallow and calm, so the kids will love spending an afternoon here. If you want to venture out into the slightly deeper waters of the Øresund, the swimming pier is perfect for a refreshing dip. The long bench along the pier is also a local favorite for relaxing and sunbathing.
