Nestled between the residential blocks on Sundmolen and the waterfront at Orientkaj lies The Green Pearl—a temporary green urban space created in collaboration between local residents and By & Havn. The goal here is not to create a finished urban space, but rather a place that can evolve alongside the neighborhood and the people who use it.
The area features flower beds, benches, and small gathering spots that invite you to take a break in the sun or chat with the neighbors. Children can play in the small sandbox, while older children and teens can meet on the sports field for a game of soccer or basketball. The hammock and the small green nook provide space for relaxation and serve as an informal gathering spot for play and community.
