What do you do with a festival tent that didn't survive the summer rain, wind, and festival atmosphere? You give it a new lease on life.

In this workshop, we’ll work with tents that would otherwise have been discarded and transform them into useful items such as hammocks, tote bags, and sunshades. Along the way, you’ll learn basic sewing techniques and gain insight into how recycled materials can be turned into functional solutions for everyday life.

The workshop is for anyone who wants to get creative with textiles and explore the possibilities of upcycling. You don’t need any prior sewing experience—there’s room for both beginners and experienced participants.
