Debut Fest 2026: KMC

For Debut Fest, KMC invites the audience into an atmospheric universe where ambient electronica, indie rock, and experimental pop converge in an intimate and sensory concert experience. With poetic lyrics, atmospheric soundscapes, and stark emotional contrasts, the music moves between the fragile and the powerful. Inspired by artists such as Daughter, Fever Ray, and Portishead, KMC creates a space for presence, reflection, and community—a place somewhere between a concert, a ritual, and a temporary escape from everyday life.

Debut Fest is Copenhagen’s festival for emerging art and new talent. The festival brings together debuting artists across various art forms and gives the audience the opportunity to experience Copenhagen’s new voices up close. 

This year, you can enjoy a total of 36 different acts over two days when Debut Fest takes over the Brønshøj Water Tower and the Kildevæld Cultural Center on September 4 and 5.
